As a newbie I'd like to get a quick list and some common expectations for the people who ate ready to take that first step. Yes? Just exactly what I was going to say! There's a topic in the site proper called, "getting through your first 30 days" or something which is simple and realistic, but I found it really helpful to use this site as a way of documenting the recovery process, ask questions, complain a lot, etc. I still do, as you can tell...
