Eight Months!

Just doing my monthly check-in.  Husband made it to 8 months yesterday.  He has been exercising and
 watching his diet for just over two weeks.  So far so good...

congrats on your eight months mark! Exercising helps sooooo much. And eating healthy too. I've found that superfoods such as chia seeds and flax seeds help a lot with energy and clearing that mental fog.

Funny never heard of flax seeds until a week ago used it to make some protein energy balls they turned out pretty good. Sort of enjoy cooking meals etc now such a difference before I got pissed having to slow down and eat took up too much time.

They are a godsend! They taste like nothing and are so healthy. I always buy in them in bulk at the grocery store and keep them in a jar in my kitchen. I throw them in my oatmeal, salads, on top of toast with avocado, in cereal, etc. 

Watch out for flaxseed though, it can make you go to the bathroom. :blush:

Also make sure the flax seeds are ground, not whole. To gain the good oil nutrients and for the body to absorb, the seeds should be ground. Awesome news on your husband Oswhid!! It sounds like things are turning around for you :)
