Nobody has posted in here for a while but I'm currently looking for a support group. I live in Seattle by Greenlake

Did anyone discuss quitting with their doctor who prescribed it to you? Im afraid if I do they'll put me on an ant-anxiety or anti-depressant medication which I really don't want to do. Should I just try tapering my dosage down myself to ultimately quit? Why did you choose to not consult your doc or if you did then why? I've been on it for 6 years and currently prescribed 50mg a day

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and being so honest. I'm glad to hear that even from how nervous/scared/fragile you were it still felt somewhat like a vacation. And phewf I feel relieved knowing I can take my cell phone. It sounds like you had the best experience and I'm hoping for that too!

Has anyone gone to rehab? Inpatient or outpatient? If so what was your experience like? My family is very much trying to send me to an inpatient one
