I've been on Adderall for about 5 years now. It's been...pretty crazy. I've had 90 days off before, and things seemed to get much clearer with time. I think I'd like to go for a year this time, or at the very least 6 months. I know that's typically how long it takes to make a semi-permanent change in one's behaviors and habits.
