lea
Interesting article - hopefully there will be other inquires as people realize the potential profit from suing big pharmaceuticals for shady marketing. $57 mil is a big chunk of change
Motivation_Follows_Action
Did anyone else think that article was a whole lotta nothing? Getting sued over marketing practices. Something about the XR shortage a while back. They settled (duh, no kidding, why would they want anyone looking through their books when they have a cash cow). The stock went up - the market is always right. All indicators here point to execs saying to the world, "nothing to see here" and that they are not worried about reputational issues... this business is booming and they know it. Greg
We need to all team up and file a class action suit! I just want to cause them a bigger storm. They pawn it off like adderall addiction is a rare occurrence. But if you look at this site...if people knew that a 1000 people a day are visiting a site for adderall addiction..and that's only including those who have found us....well they..teva and the public would think much differently about the whole thing.
