solan202 Posted June 15 Report Share Posted June 15 Today's my 8th day off 60-100mg daily. Still feeling a bit of brain fog and lack of motivation of course. However supplements have made a night and day difference! I've been taking the following: Morning- Vitamin B complex, Nordic fish oil, 1000mg Vit C, 1000mg L-Tyrosine, 1000mg DLPA, Mucuna Pruriens, NAC and some days Alpha gpc. Night- Magnesium Glycinate 400mg, Glycine 3000mg when needed for sleep, fish oil, Vit C 1000mg and L-Theanine. The Mucuna and Alpha GPC should not be taken long term. They are best used once or twice a week under normal circumstances. These supplements have helped tremendously with motivation and sleep. I've been able to exercise daily since my 3rd day off. Eating much better and am excited for the future at times. I've tried this without supplements many times. Anything I can do to help restore my brain to its natural state I will do.
