stealthology
Can you honestly compare your productivity level from the period before you quit to now (no usage)? I really want to quit, but I am self employed and it seems like there's always tons of stuff to do. I have a feeling though that "natural motivation" may kick in once I've re-adjusted to my non-Addy self. I've done mini-breaks from Addy (up to 14 days), and I generally feel much more relaxed, happier, and more spontaneous. I guess I'm just fearing writing proposals/talking to clients without the Addy. matilda
Hi stealthology -- Yes. It took a little while, but I am more productive without it, personally. My creativity, spontaneity and energy levels are higher, surprisingly, without it. M
PostAdderall
Stealthology - I have been off of Adderall for a year and am much more productive than I was on it. Maybe my interest in whatever I am doing has waned slightly, but I am better able to prioritize and can accomplish tasks more efficiently. My grades have even improved. Jonny5
I'm agree with the first two replies. It took awhile to get over the hump, but I'm way more productive w/out it. I have to prioritize and pace myself, but I don't waste endless hours and little stuff that doesn't matter at the expense of things that do matter.
