CableTVdocumentaryseries
Dear Adderall addiction support group members, We are currently researching for a cable television documentary series that would look at ADHD and America’s relationship with Adderall. We plan on exploring several angles of this topic. Our goal is to create a quality program that allows individuals to tell their own life story in their own words, that will help others understand their unique and often difficult situation, and is in depth enough to represent the complexity and emotion of this important topic. It is a show that we hope will appeal to people’s humanity, touch their hearts and promote understanding. We would like to profile someone in a high-powered career who began taking Adderall in order to keep up with the demands of their personal and professional life and has recently recovered from, or is now seeking help for addiction to Adderall. We understand that this is a sensitive and emotional topic for individuals and their families. We would be mindful of all concerns and talk through potential filming to ensure everyone is comfortable and has their questions answered. At this stage, we’d like to speak with those who are interested to learn more about them and discuss our show. If selected upon review, our small crew would travel to your location and spend approximately 2-3 days filming “day in the life†footage. We have profiled very sensitive topics in the past and are very open to working with individuals who wish to refrain from using locations and last names to address security and privacy concerns. Interested candidates should reply with the following information: Full name and contact information (phone number/ email address) Current city Some background about your Adderall use and addiction A photo (if possible If you are interested or have questions, please email or call: Tailia, associate producer cabletvdoc@gmail.com 718-797-0581 We look forward to hearing your story!
