Popular Post m34
you can find supplements to ease the withdrawal it might help you work? When I first quit magnesium + b-vitamins, (I tried noo tropics but in the beginning did nothing for me) I was on it for over a decade as well. I’m 3.5+ yrs clean. It’s just really hard in the beginning. Here is a realistic timeline since there is zero info online except this site: 1) first 30 -days plan to be exhausted- barely able to function- this is normal. If you can break your work load down and do what’s absolutely necessary. 2) 30-90 days you will be able to function a little more and most likely get through work (from home). However, learning how to live again without it is extremely difficult. At this stage making yourself do things you don’t want to do is the key. 90 days -a yr+ will fluctuate and you will have many days where you feel great followed by weeks of PAWS. Keep going. Once you hit a 1yr -2 yrs you truly start to heal and feel like yourself again. unfortunately, doctors will say it takes only 30 days to quit. This is false and a lie told to them by pharmaceutical companies. This site is a great resource! Also, it’s a process. Sometimes it takes several times before you are done for good.
