So basically deal with it? Ok, if y'all are telling me that if I eat super clean and take these supplements I will eventually get regular ... Then I can do this, I can try again to quit the addy. I'm going to hang on to your assurances tho to get thru lol. Thanks

I have this same exact issue as described by the original poster. The single thing keeping me from successfully withdrawing from adderall for good is the constipation. I have taken loads of every kind of laxative on the market, and after nearly a week with no relief, I give up and take an addy. I can't help but think there must be a neurological component akin to that with opioids. I could deal with the extreme fatigue and absence of euphoria, but I couldn't deal with this other thing. Unless the doctor has something stronger than over the counter laxatives, I don't see the point inn seeing him. Discouraged
Some interesting questions I haven't got answers to

you typically are unaware you are having a seizure (loss of consciousness or sensory hallucinations, etc); not sure if that's the case with panic attacks. I'm guessing panic attacks can involve racing thoughts? With common forms of seizures, you're not really having thoughts at all. feelings of anxiety and panic and racing thoughts can trigger seizures in epileptic tho. If you're not epileptic and you don't have a head injury, you're not likely to randomly have a seizure from anxiety. I'm not a doctor tho, just have epilepsy in the family
