  1. I am now on day 5 of withdrawaling from Adderall. I know I am thru the worst of the withdrawals.. But I am feeling extremely fatigued and depressed. I have been taking vitamins and I've been eating healthier, but I still haven't been able to gather enough energy to go to the gym. How long does it take before the fatigue starts to go away? Should I push myself to go to the gym no matter what.. Or should I give myself some more time to recover? I don't want to push myself too hard too fast... But I also don't want to not do enough either. Any input from anyone that has been thru this would be appreciated. Thank you.

'dpaual...go to the gym,run,hike....do something! Anything to get your natural endorphins on tap. I am there myself but find it hard to take my own advice.

However, I feel "energy follows thought" so go my friend and when you do write me back and encourage me to do the same. If it was easy anyone could do it

And your not anyone but some body!

  3. Thank you Joanne......I'm kinda giddy with the notion that I will be able to discuss the reality of this drug. Reading the forum it was clear that many others understand and have experienced the myriad states of mind, or absence of mind that have overtaken me. I will peruse this site and post where best indicated.

Thank you and thank you again!

  4. Good morning Mark ... the site is definitely for real, and you're definitely not alone! So take a look in the "Tell Your Story" section as well as this one ... if something starts to sound like your story being told in someone else's words, you are definitely in the right place. I'm happy to say I'm 90 days Adderall free as of today. I am still dealing with post-Adderall recovery to some extent, feeling a bit tired and "scattered", but MUCH less than the first week. There is life after Adderall. Welcome!

  5. Just registered. It's three in the morning and will be getting up in two hours. Imagine that! Would like to think that I have been led to this site by something bigger than me. Will someone please respond so I can believe this site is real and I am not alone.
