Fighting off the panic and feeling of insanity once again. I've been fighting this for over a year with almost 2 months clean until 4 days ago. For a brief moment, I remembered the joy of being on day one of a binge. I am a BINGER. Today is my 4th day without sleep and only one meal. My body has done all it can and I rode another one to the end. Everything hurts, I'm starving but can't eat, and have that feeling of panic. I feel as if I am one shake away from losing my mind.
