I've been doing the same thing the same binge adderall freak out than try and clean up for 3 years . My behavior is the same yes I do therapy writing and think about my sobriety and work towards it half the time but I use the other half . This behavior thought pattern way of life has been THe EXACT same . I don't know man I feel defeated
