The last year has been SO INCREDIBLY DIFFICULT, but doable. Learning how to be okay with myself even when I feel awful. I'm so glad I quit, but I also know that I am not out of the woods yet. Your body has healed so much, that it can take you to great places in the next year. I will also always always want the euphoria but it comes with a terrible price that is never worth it.
