Thanks for your support! Today has been really hard. My muscles are all tense/in giant knots - don't know if that's normal. And my spine (I have some spine problems from a car accident) is killing me... But I'm dealing with it well and taking only ibuprofen for pain. I'm making myself eat a lot more protein and healthy foods, which seems to be helping also. I am down to a size 2 and was size 6 about a year ago... Moving slowly, stretching, and resting...
