@flywithme It is really hard. I found that it “gets better” in about 2 months. The first 10 days or so were the worst. I had been on Adderall for 3 years and I regret ever getting that first prescription filled. It’s affected my vision substantially, significant hair loss, and the RAGE is unbelievable. I feel like it turned me into a terrible person. I did find L-Theanine (amino acid) to be helpful while getting through the discontinuation of Adderall. I hope you are doing well.
