I’m having some seriously concerning symptoms. Tightening throat, racing heart, shortness of breath, and I general sense of feeling unwell. Like I’m gonna die. Does anyone else have this go on when on adderall? I’ve been off of it for two days now, but I’m still having these symptoms. It makes me feel like I need to go to the ER.

I have been taking adderall for roughly 3 years now. I don’t take it everyday, mostly on weekends. I take it in waaaay high amounts. Like up to 7 pills a day. Seeking advice on what the recovery timeframe would be for someone like me. Am I even considered addicted? Something in my heart tells me I am
