Thank today started off with lots of years and anxiety I got get throughout this. I have a dr appointment tommarow I'm a little nervous.

I've made up my mind, no longer will I be trapped in my own mind and body, I am strong. I will love myself flaws and all without needing this mind altering substance. I can do this. I am worth it.
