I'm not sure if this thread is still alive....but I hope everyone that was writing on here is still doing well.

Today is day 5 for me. I feel awful and have no motivation, but at least I didn't take that evil orange pill.

Ugh!

 

I'm on day 18. The first week was bad, but I went back to "normal" (which I define as not being able to sleep all day, even if I tried) after it.

 

I was actually surprised at how quickly it seemed to pass, considering that I'd been taking it nearly every day.

I'm very harsh on myself, so I hardly share my music, but on adderal I was so arrogant I showed everyone.

 

This was the most disturbing reflection for me when I stopped. (off 18 days after 3 years) My work was fine, but I realized what an enormous asshole I was being. I was in a high-pressure work environment for most of that time and it didn't really translate well outside it.

Thanks! If I leave Spotify on the techno station and bounce my leg, it's sort of like being on Adderall—for brief stretches of time, at least.

Had a panic attack on the third day. Still kind of sluggish. Not enough coffee in the universe
