I've been taking 30 mg xr pretty regularly for about 8 months (first 4 months I was on reg 30 mg salts). Since quitting I sometimes feel like I'm on another planet. Can anyone help me out and tell me how long withdrawal takes both mentally and physically? Any tips in making this hard time easier would be great.
