I missed all but one lecture this week, but today I was actually able to force myself to go on a walk, and the weather made me feel less depressed. I'm just laying here on my bed reading all these posts feeling worthless but it's very inspiring. I look forward to bedtime everyday. Krae19 Posted April 23, 2023 Report Share Posted April 23, 2023 I can’t believe all of the sleep I missed out on over the last decade. Getting anywhere from 1 to 2 to 6 hours of sleep MAX a night.
