Tightening throat, racing heart, shortness of breath, and I general sense of feeling unwell. Like I’m gonna die. Does anyone else have this go on when on adderall? DrewK15 Posted November 1, 2023 Report Share Posted November 1, 2023 Those sound like anxiety/anxiety attack symptoms to me. It’s counterintuitive, but yes that’s common when quitting. If you’re scared for your life, go get some help or talk to someone who can help you sort through what is going on.
