777
Hey everyone, I'm on day 28 and super proud of myself. However, I have noticed that today especially, it's like I can't get my head on straight. Like i'm all over the place. I'll start to do something and then I'll forget what I'm doing. I am doing stuff but it doesn't feel like I'm getting anything done. Is this a normal feeling? I also drank 2 starbucks coffees and I feel sort of jittery from those too. Caffeine suddenly works again. Can anyone attest to this?
LILTEX41
Yes, of course. Make a to do list on an index card and carry it with you wherever you go. This way you won't forget what you're supposed to be doing.
SweetCarolinee
777,Great job on 28 days clean, your rockin' it. Keep up the good work!I'm around 3 months clean. Sometimes I have days similar to how you describe. I will go upstairs to get something and then forget what I went up there for lol Coffee at first made me shaky too and light headed but now it's working great. Maybe drink more water too. You may be dehydrated. Keep your head up and keep going, you are on the right path my friend.
hyper_critical
Good for you, 777. Two things: - Yes, to your caffeine question - It gets SO MUCH better. Recovery is a long journey. Gotta remember to enjoy the ride and give yourself a break when you get emotional for no reason or lock your car keys in the car
