YES! Until I made it to the 1 month mark for the 1st time/attempt, the only issues I had were the standard fatigue, sleepiness, anhedonia, depression, etc. Then at the end of week four, I started having wicked panic attacks 24/7 and couldn’t cope. I lost my job, started drinking to try to avoid panicking, and couldn’t sleep at all… I know that wasn’t the best way to handle it, but I’m still trying to find out what would work once I make it to the month mark. I am terrified to think of how long it lasts, as I literally can’t function. I completely empathize with u and would love to hear about any possible ideas you might have to combat the anxiety. I will definitely post anything I find helpful when I come across it. Until then, we gotta keep on trying-I wish you well!!
