Popular Post Doge
For some reason the 6 month milestone drifted by and I didn't care too much or even notice but my 7 month is a big deal and I was anxiously counting down to it for the past few days. Once again I owe this site and everyone on it a huge thank you for helping me so much with my recovery. Without you guys I know I would have become desperate enough and would surely have found a way to get drugs whether it be adderall or something worse. Thanks also for putting up with my weird name changes. But seriously what other forum actually lets you do that? Gotta take advantage since the option is available right?
quit-once
I should have figured out your name change scheme before now. I just thought your old self went on vacation or something. Seven months. Good for you! I felt measurably different with more energy and motivation around nine months. Also, congrats on your new identity. Are you a closet Schizo or did you just take a sudden liking to the new doge? I like the new name and picture...a cool-looking, smiley, shades-wearing DOG is easier for me approach than a stern looking, grumpy-faced CAT. I think I will also change my picture sometime soon....maybe I'll even get ticker for my signature line.

AlwaysAwesome
Great job! Are the drawers and cabinets all organized? Or just surface cleaned like normal people?

Doge
just surface cleaned lol. but a drawer/cabinet clean would be something to shoot for too. Maybe I'll allow a week or so for that to happen. laundry is getting done tonight though i swear
Doge
Didn't keep my word. There is still laundry everywhere waiting to be done. By Monday I will deal with everything (you can literally hear the procrastination in my voice.....). The good news is that I have joined two sports clubs that meet once a week. So I can do something besides jogging on the treadmill like a brainless hamster for my cardio now. It should be fun and a great way to start socializing more and work on those skills that decayed.
AlwaysAwesome
That does sound fun! Don't feel bad, I planned on cleaning the garage last weekend and never got to it. I had a list of 4 things and only 2 of them were checked off. But, the best way to look at it is...I completed two difficult tasks this weekend!!! I am awesome!!!
back2life
awwwww, clean home, how I miss the feeling of getting it done I just realized that before adderall I absolutely loved to clean and organize, and then............, of course, it became a compulsion, now I just cant get myself to do anything really I feel robbed

quit-once
haha, I am still attempting to complete some of the projects I started on Adderall at least five years ago. Most of those unfinished projects are worth getting done...if only I had the confidence and motivation to get back into them.
AlwaysAwesome
I need to just gather all of my incomplete project supplies and sell them at a yard sale...but, who wants to organize a yard sale...
