Help the CRASH someone

I'm attempting to quit again today like I have many times. Does anyone have any tips on how to help the miserable crash? My anxiety gets terrible, I cant function or even think strait. Any ideas on how to get over all that miserable post adderall daze would be greatly appriciated!

The first 3 days or so escapism is your best friend.

 

I prescribe 72 hours of TV/Movies/Sleep/Snacks/Blankets/Pillows/Couch/Bed.

 

After that take it one day at a time and only do what you can handle.  

 

Take it from me, nothing is worth a relapse!

Expect nothing of yourself and ENJOY this time to be as lazy as you want.  You are allowed full permission to be a total sloth!! :)

How's it going bryan? These guys have the right idea. Tomorrow will be a full week for me pill free. The first 3 days I didn't do anything but lay in bed, take naps, and watch movies. Then it actually got better - so just hang in there.
