  7. bad side effect..need to know if anyone else experiencing this too

    the swollen ankles definitely happened to me many times. it gets swollen, red, and itchy and it also went down to my feet on occaions. it was definitely a result of taking too much adderall -- some kind of  reaction to overdosing on a stimulant with a combination of stress , not sleeping, bad health is the only way i could understand it.

     

    It does ago away but it really, really sucks. I dont know  why the adderall caused that for me, but it happened a few times and i went to see doctors who prescribed me a lotion for it. It went away when i ran out of adderall and was forced to stop taking it. and it would come back when i started up again.

    Same product?

     

    Different product but definitely in the same ballpark...this one is going to run in October..They are doing a big promotion on it and it is really cool stuff..(and I wish i could get it free because im doing the commercial, but I probably just get to hold it for the camera and give it back like last time)

     

    If anyone has good suggestions for commercials for me to watch to help me practice..please post a link...Im going to be practicing now

    Only feeling slightly burned out instead of fully burned out. My cognitive brain has been stretched and pushed to limits as the learning curve has been steep...and ive been working on projects that have pushed me way outside of my comfort zone.

     

     I thank my fitbit for making me EXTREMELY aware of how much I sleep a night. I aim for 9 and last night i got 6.5...not too bad. If i wasn't hyperfocused on hours of sleep I get every night - i would be a complete and total mess..

    I got a Featured Role!  Yay!  I am super excited. I will get the script on September 19th.  Technical rehearsal is the 25th and final dress rehearsal is the 26th.  The Live Halloween event begins on October 1st and continues every Thursday night through Sunday night for the entire month of October.  I am super excited!!!  I was offered the Role before I even left the audition...it felt great!

    Take a break and blast one of your favorite songs you used to love but haven't listened to in forever.

    that is a GREAt idea. I'm going to do that right now..I am not an audiophile by anymeans, but because i got a discount.I got this as a gift to myself..ill put it to use.

     

    edit - just blasted "I Cant Feel My Face"...i feel better :-)
