  1. Adventure!  Tomorrow I begin a four day, 15 mile backpacking treck into the High Uinta Mountain Wilderness Area (in Utah).

This is a bucket list item.  Haven't done this for ten years.  It seems like towards the end of my Adderall addiction, this kind of adventure was simply not possible due to insecurity issues, and other stupid reasons not to have an adventure.

I will share a picture or two with all of you upon my return.

That sounds awesome --- definitely send photo...have a great time!

  2. I was horrified to read this headline yesterday:

"The World's First Safe Smart Drug"

    http://www.theguardian.com/science/2015/aug/20/narcolepsy-medication-modafinil-worlds-first-safe-smart-drug

The article immediately also goes to say that long-term testing hasn't been done, and they have no idea if it's safe for more than a couple weeks.

It also says that "already creative people" tend to lose their  on the drug.  Duh, everyone is creative, and creativity is possibly the most important aspect of knowledge....

So it sounds like this is the plan.  Bypass ethical approval for long term testing, release it to the general population, advertise it as a "smart drug," and let the people who get hooked be the lab rats.  Sounds EXACTLY like what Shire did in the 90's and early 2000's.  And now we on this site are probably the ones who can tell you most about long term effects of adderall.

    that article is total BS

  3. has anyone tried using macca? It comes from a plant in Peru and is all natural. My sister introduced it to me, she has her whole family taking macca and swears by it. Her kids also like it.

It is almost like an all purpose supplement but def helps with energy and it's supposed to help naturally balance neurotransmitters and help with mental health issues which could range from anxiety to depression etc

I have been taking it for a few weeks and I recommend it,

  4. This site is for people quitting adderall but many of us can relate to what you are talking about. I was always judged by technicians bc im assuming i would look so desperate for pills and always want refills early.  I got caught once by a pharmacist for trying to fill multiple prescriptions from diff doctors and was told to never come back.

Adderall and drugs like painkillers and xanax are highly abused so im sure pharmacy technicians are instructed to keep an eye out on repeat customers...especially ones frequently seeking early refills.
