  1. I want to start game of thrones next..I hear its good...but really confusing this season, and the plot is moving too fast. But first I must go running.
  2. THAT one definitely deserved to win...I can't believe that person back stabbed that one like that. I can believe it but that was terrible.
  3. I just binged watched the whole season. That was one of the best seasons I think since survivor heroes vs. villains. High level of strategy playing. I had predicted the winner would win!
  4. I will...but boy will it be a hell of a lot more expensive!
  5. I agree 100 percent. It really does work. You too keep it up!!! So Lea, anything to report?
  6. We bombed it and my overall final grade dropped a full letter grade. I have no idea what happened???!! Our feedback is that it was our final paper more than our presentation that contributed to it. Oh well, I absorbed it yesterday and I'm over it. Our team members comisserated with each other. It is what it is and it stinks. Anyway, The rest of my grades are trickling in. I will find out soon if I made a high enough GPA to keep the scholarship. I need a 3.25. I hate the waiting part.
  7. Thank you for that push! I am back from the 3 mile run and full of energy and adrenaline. I felt like a sloth all week with finals being over...this is the first time running this week, I will have to put in 3 miles a day every day from now till Friday to make it to 12. YES.i felt very rusty too!
  8. Ummm..I was feeling so lazy today....um...literally in bed having a marathon of survivor episodes...okay I'm going to go right now. Lol.
  9. Got my second grade back..a B in marketing...and more grades are pouring in...yikes.

  10. I really like this thread...the advice is really great..expecting too much too soon, and looking at OTHER factors and the advice of what others have said are some great insights.. I know you are referring to pre adderall days but You can also feel satisfied that memory/executive functions muscle Youre employing now is YOUR OWN memory/executive function and not a memory muscle assisted by high levels of dopamine in your head. you are retraining and strengthening yourself.
  11. Forget it. I tossed out the whole bottle of gummy vitamins. I had 8 more and then threw out because I couldn't stop. That was a waste of 10 bucks, it's back to my tasteless mega men ultra metabolism vitamins, yawn.
  12. Lol, I winced as soon as I saw your first line. I thought you were going to spoil it! Once you know who won, the season isn't any good. Phew. I'm about 6 episodes in.
  13. I am also into survivor. Amazing how this show is still interesting after 26 seasons. I am catching up on all the episodes from this season right now. And watched the past couple seasons last year. I love when they have surprising tribal councils!
  14. I am seriously considering throwing these out now, it's not like they are gummy bears..they are vitamins, there must be some consequences of eating more than the two a day. I think I will need to amp up the willpower or toss them..
  15. Quit once - that sounds like a pretty horrible experience...Perhaps you shouldn't let them do that in your house again. You don't want it to become a habit with them to get high at your house.
  16. Lol.. I get why..I have been eating about 6 a day! And that is with all my willpower.
  17. Got my first grade back...wow an A in accounting. I am pleased that my mind is still sharp post adderall!

  18. Hey, you got whatever you were supposed to get done right? I wouldn't read too much into it. I have a fresh start outlook when I think of how I perform without adderall..I don't compare much to before adderall. when i do try to look back at my preadderall, well During my preadderall days I was in high school, lol. When I try to compare myself to myself in high school it is kind of funny. But I don't think I notice much of a difference cognitively. maybe someone else can chime in, but i wouldn't read too much into it in my opinion.
  19. Hey MFA, I don't think you should be comparing how you work now to how you worked on adderall. Working on adderall cost you a lot so even if you were faster at things it still wasn't worth it. But I can't honestly say that you are now going to be slower at things and that now have become brain damaged. I think you just need to get more used to working without an artificially sped up brain. I no longer can ''binge work' if you know what I'm describing which I know you do. Maybe you are misinterpreting that as Brain damage. Once you get more used to your non sped up brain, I'm sure you will get quicker at things. For me, personally. I still can get a lot done. But I do it with breaks and stuff..I get a lot of stuff done differently...I am not go go go..that's all. But I've still found a way to get it done. Just a matter of getting used to it. It's so much better this way.
  20. Actually Kyle, you are talking about Jack3d micro....I was referring to jack3d...I read that jackd3d.micro is their newer formulation and doesn't have DMAA.. Like ephedra, I think DMAA is getting phased out in new formulations.. Here's a nytimes article on it http://www.nytimes.com/2013/04/13/business/fda-issues-warning-on-workout-booster.html?_r=0
  21. I hear crickets but I have to apologize for being an inconsistent running partner during my finals weeks and such!
  22. Yes. They really do not taste good. I dilute mine in water and then it tastes like flavored water which is better. But I do not enjoy drinking them straight up. I really want to try blueberry redbulll now!
