  4. Hey Ash, Jumping back into the job market can be nerve wrecking. I was so happy to finally finish my resume and get a job. Even though its not the job of my dreams, for now its helping get the bills paid. I wish you luck on your job hunt! Great way to give yourself a timeline. Make sure you keep us posted on your progress.

  7. This post has been most helpful, now i'm off to read up on the Pomodoro Technique. I also just downloaded the say the time app, sounds like a great way to help me to stay in the moment, which since addy I have a horrible time doing. Thanks again gang
  8. You are not judged Lucky only Welcomed with open arms. In order to succeed sometimes we must fail, but what lies in the middle is the fact that we are trying. I know it's hard but don't give up, even if you use every other day for the next 6 months. Keep trying and keep posting. This is a journey, not a race. Now, brush yourself off and get back on the horse or should I say wagon. You can do it and most importantly, remember here you are never alone.
  9. Jus, Thanks for the constant motivation. So far, I am in good spirits and work is well, work... I think I will feel a lot better once I begin school. Life and especially work just seem so mundane most days, but I got my sights set and my chin up so lets see how this goes....
  10. You might wanna group up in "The 30 day challenge. " its nice to know you're not going through it alone. Either way, congratz on your newfound sobriety!
  11. Way to go, Jay! There is strength in numbers. Glad you decided to join the challenge. Before the three of you ( Sweet C, Lucky, and Jay) know it, you'll be running the victory lap! Keep pushing, keep posting. Be WeLL!
