I'm struggling with it because it is so difficult for me to consolidate information across multiple sources and I think that I am suffering from a certain level of performance anxiety. I had the good fortune of purchasing my condo before the market went bananas. When I moved in my neighborhood was borderline shady but now 10 years later its a really hip neighbourhood.
