  1. Actually, sorry for being a debby downer earlier.. Sometimes I don't realize it when I come off as an asshole, lol.
  2. I bought http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003WM7RAE/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00 as a reminder to never touch Adderall again. I know it's a alcoholics antonymous necklace, but I just thought it was a neat idea (plus the necklace looks neat as well) Do any of you have any reminders you keep with you to help you stay off the poison?
  3. That's awesome, congrats. I'm starting my quitting time over again since my relapse
  4. I'm super judgmental, so that's how I view it. lol
  5. I don't do "New years resolutions" It's either now or never.. I hate when people wait until the new year to quit smoking or do anything..
  6. This is awesome, I enjoyed the background music and scenery just as much as the message.
  7. Exercise and vitamins, you will get used to being off of it. It just takes time, you will get out of your "everything has to be perfect" mindset eventually.
  8. Exercise, Vitamins, Omega 3's.. those helped a little. Anti depressants have added a little zest to my life as well.
  9. There really aren't any now, at least negative ones. It's great being able to actually enjoy things again.
  10. I've been on it 7 days now, and I can tell a huge difference.. Has anyone else found that Wellbutrin REALLY helps them with their ADD/ADHD?
  11. I haven't really been tempted, what's going on?
  12. Very true, it's extremely scary that we're guinea pigs.. We're all going to be a generation of burnouts
  13. Christmas. I know the last Christmas I got to spend with my family (I'm in the military so I haven't seen them in a few years) I was on Adderall and pretending to enjoy all the gifts they got me, everything I did was completely orchestrated. Anyways, Happy Holidays!
  14. It definitely does, when I run 30-45 minutes (running that long promotes maximum dopamine release) I notice I feel about ten times better. I'm so addicted to running and everything now, I have trouble making myself take an "off" day. I wish you the best of luck.
  15. I appreciate it, yes.. that's sort of what I was getting at, but moreso I wanted to know if I'm preventing my eventual recovery. It's already definitely starting to work, I sat around today...completely relaxed, reading "Casual Vacancy" by J.K. Rowling.
  16. Where did it answer my question on that page? I'm in a mental fog lately so I can't really concentrate on too much
  17. I was just concerned that my brain won't continue to heal itself in a normal way if I'm on this. I appreciate the help and advice everyone.. I know I'm already starting to feel like less of a sarcastic asshole, so that's good
  18. That's interesting.. they have me on 100 SR once daily, which is barely anything. If I can stop being a manic freak on this stuff, feel better, and still function. It will be worth it.
  19. http://www.reddit.com/r/psychopharmacology/comments/159py4/would_using_wellbutrin_affect_dopamine_receptors/
  20. I appreciate it, but I just don't want it to affect my dopamine levels getting back to normal.
  21. Hmm.. well maybe someone will know. I know I'm starting to feel like my old self..
